Digital video diptych, 22 minutes
Two conversations, with an anthropologist and an exterminator, about their experience with bedbugs while in the homes of strangers. A transcript steadily (relentlessly) scrolls across the screen, as the image and voice of the speaker selectively weaves its way in and out. At times they align, and at times they collide, or dissipate all together.
